Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns:

I am confident that you’ll love your prints(s). They will hold the test of time and become a statement piece in your home or office. In the event that you’d like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you’ll have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us at info@andreifineart.com to arrange the exchange. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping charge.

The print tubes and packaging are capable of surviving the roughest of journeys. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of change. Just send an email with an image of the package, print, certificate of authenticity, and order number to info@andreifineart.com and we’ll get the replacement sent right away.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
